Hi, I am Simon and this is my website. I am obsessed with getting out into the mountains and the information on this website is a result of my passion and dedication to opting outside.
I have been fortunate to work and travel in some of the best ski resorts on the planet. In my snowboard section you will find guides to these resorts, as well as equipment reviews and tips and advice.
A few years ago I moved to the English Lake District and have spent an increased amount of time hiking. Having previously hiked in the Alps and Himalayas, moving here has allowed me to pursue hiking more regularly. In my walking section you will find route guides, summer equipment reviews and my thoughts on some of the best places to get away from the crowds in the Lake District.
